Great Performance, and the Seat is so comfortable

I've been using the Engwe M1 for my daily commute for about a month now and it has completely changed my experience! To be honest, for the price, this e-bike offers far more than I expected. I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, stylish, and fun e-bike!

Customer Service, Delivery, and Bike all great

When I first bought the bike it was delivered to me in under a week, and the bike works great, Although the range isnt as high as they claim because the range they claim is if you were using PAS 1 mode which is the slowest battery assisted mode, if you were using PAS 5 you will get a lower range, but from my testing I have went like 45km on PAS 5 in one trip and it still didnt die (note I have the single battery version), also about 25 of those kilometers were with someone on the back so it was about 130 kg weight on the bike. Other than that, I wasnt able to find any information about the display and at first after I contacted support they were unable to provide me with a manual for the display, however after a day they did send me the manual (it is in chinese but you can use a translator so its not a problem) and they were very professional about it so I'm glad about that. Thank you Engwe

Good Bike but...

There's a but... but the price is the answer.
It's a good bike for the price and for the price you can't wait for high quality parts.
Some parts are wobbling and the brakes are not that power and the tires look good but not that grippy.
It's a pleasure to ride it on every surfaces. It's good for my wife and love it when the power is unlock.
I can recommend this bike !
