I found the speed setting method of LE20 international version in a youtube video:
1. Within 3 seconds after starting the ebike, long press the "M" menu setting key
2. When the setting interface appears on the instrument, long press the "+" gear for 15 seconds
3. When the instrument automatically pops up the menu interface, the speed is successfully set
