3. What is the recommended height range for the ENGWE P275 SE?
Recommended for riders between 5.1 and 6.1 feet (155–185 cm) tall.

4. Do I need to assemble my ENGWE P275 SE e-bike? Is it difficult?
The bike comes 85% pre-assembled. You can follow the assembly video (link) or the detailed steps in the user manual. Assembly takes approximately 20 minutes.

5. How do I start riding?
Fully charge the battery, then press and hold the "M" button on the display for 3 seconds to power on.
-PAS 0: Pedal mode (no motor assist)
-PAS 1–5: Pedal assist mode
Press the "+" button to increase the assist level.

6. Can I carry a child on the back?
The rear rack is compatible with child seats, allowing you to carry a child. Please make sure to follow local laws and regulations when doing so.

7. Is the handlebar height adjustable?
Yes, you can adjust the handlebar stem angle to fit your personal preference.

8. Does it have mechanical or hydraulic brakes?
The P275SE is equipped with hydraulic brakes.

9. Can I remove the battery and carry it with me?
Yes, simply unlock the mechanical lock with the key to remove the battery.

10. What if I lose my key?
You can contact customer service with the serial code printed on the lock to get a replacement. (Customer Support Center: service@engwe.com)

11. What happens if the battery runs out?
You can still ride it like a regular bicycle, which is also a great way to get some exercise.
