Recently received the product (very fast) and really happy , there were some minor issues with parts but after service was responsive and helpful and offered a solution and shipped a replacement for the rear light and other.
Bike handles well and has lots of power and the battery is long lasting, it is quite stiff so not to be used on bumpy roads so the perfect city commuter with built in lock and alarm.
The app works really well and easy to check battery level and to be fair they include a fast charger so if you know you are leaving in an hour you can easily get it to a full charge.
My conclusion is that the N1 pro is really good in terms of price/quality and if you hesitate don't you will like it

Sehr gut für die Stadt geeignet. Ein Hingucker und Technik funktioniert markellos.
Bici veramente bella e con un design lineare ed unico. Il motore spinge bene ed in maniera fluida rendendo la pedalata molto naturare. Forse un po' sottotono i freni, che non eccellono per potenza, soprattutto nelle discese, ed il cambio, avrei preferito avere qualche rapporto in più. Ma visto il prezzo è impossibile avere di meglio e pretendere di più. Sono completamente soddisfatto dell'acquisto.
