My experience with Engwe L20 3.0 PRO are very positive from the very begging. Starting with very well wrapped and secured bike inside the box plus extra spare parts and tools necessary for assembly. Bike rides very fluent and have no issues. Motor is working great and I've done already 280km on it which was impossible for me after knee surgery. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'm happy if the quality of the bike. Really top notch product. Highly recommend to everyone.
