Great bike

Great bike, if you're tall enough

It's a great bike, the torque is wonderful, carrying me up hills I was sure I would have to get off and push on. I also had a problem with one retention screw for the front mudguard being too tight. I haven't yet removed it, so the front mudguard is still waiting for fitting.
My only gripe is the seat height, which is my fault. I'm a hair over 5'7" or around 171cm, and even with the seat at its lowest, it's honestly too tall for me - I have to drop down off the seat to put both feet down. If I were doing city commuting through busy junctions, I wouldn't be safe.
I haven't managed to outlast the battery yet - I just did a 17-mile round trip to the coast - didn't even take one bar off. Engwe claims over 100km range, doubtful with my weight and the local hills, but I'm pretty confident it would take me at least 50km no problem (I think my knees or my more likely, my bottom would give up first, that seat is not soft and there's no suspension).

Excellent bike

The bike and the quality of the bike is excellent.

Mine came packed wel, but still contracted a chip out of the paint somehow.

Some of the scews were locktighted too generously which resulted in using other methods than an alen key to remove them.

The tension on the spokes was not good enough which resulted in a squeecking noise and bad handling. This is easily fixable by any bike mechanic.

All in all, I can absolutely recommend this bike, but please let it be checked by a bike mechanic before you ride!
